Biography
Bewaji Rukayat ADEYINKA is a Nigerian female land expert and researcher. She received her M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria. She is the CEO of Adeyinka Bewaji Consulting, an estate surveying and valuation firm operating in Nigeria. She is an active associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). She is a certified property manager by the Management and Strategy Institute, W Lincoln Hwy, Downingtown, United States. She enjoys rendering educational voluntary service and has willingly served in many capacities. In 2022, she started lecturing at the Department of Estate Management, Bingham University, Nasarawa State and Bamidele Olumilua University of Education, Science and Technology, Ekiti State, Nigeria. Her research focuses on land, land governance, corruption in the land sector, asset valuation, property technology (prop-tech), housing and gender inequality. She has attended several pieces of training, workshops and conferences to enhance her career and would like to be part of NELGA crew.
