Biography
Job Taiwo Gbadegesin is a research expert in real estate management & valuation, housing & land system policy, and sustainable property features & infrastructure. He completed his first and second degrees in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. Job Taiwo finished his Bachelor of Science Degree as the best graduating student and Prize Winner of J.O. Oluwatundimu’s and Chief (Dr) Dele Afolabi’s prestigious Awards. He also completed his Masters degree with distinction grade. He then earned his Ph.D from Delft University of Technology, Delft, The Netherlands. He is a Research Fellow at the University of the Free State, Bloemfontein, South Africa. He has published widely in Emerald Publishing Group Ltd, Routledge Taylor & Francis, and Elsevier. He is an associate of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and a corporate member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). He is currently a Senior Lecturer at Federal University, Oye-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria. Dr. J.T. Gbadegesin is happily married to Dr (Mrs.) Taiwo Frances Gbadegesin and blessed with children.
