Barigora Rwemera: I am from Rwanda. I have Master degree in Project management from Institut de Formation d’ Étude,de Conseils et de Service (IFEC) Dakar-Senegal; Bachelor degree in Project management from Institut Superieur de Management de Bukavu( Democratic Republic of Congo) and Bachelor degree in Geography from Institut Superieur de Pedagogique de Runchuru( Democratic Republic of Congo). Currently I am working as Land Manager in the Ministry of Local Government in Rubavu District since 2011.
