Dr Abderrahim Idrais is a Deputy Director of HLP Conflict’s Department in the Ministry of Urban Planning, Housing and Policy of the City in Morocco. He has been an independent consultant for many organisations in land governance and urban development strategies. He has managed many land tenure projects in urban and rural areas. He graduated from the Institute of Agronomy and Veterinary Medicine with a Ph.D. in Land Governance. He also holds an Engineering Degree in Land Survey Engineering. In addition, he graduated from National High School of Public Administration with an MPA and from universities with Bachelor’s Degrees in Political and Theological Sciences.
