Ginael Constel Mpoubou: I hold a Bachelor degree in accounting and Finance from Free University of Tunisia. I am currently working as Project Chief Assistant at Project Skills Development (PRODECE) funded by World Bank in collaboration with gabonese government.The aim of Skills Development Project is to give young women and men training in entrepreneurial matters to let them create SMES in agricultural sector by providing them land and funds. My areas of research are rural finance, agricultural value chain, GV, public finance management.
