Kgolagano Mpejane

Kgolagano Mpejane, admitted for Ph.D. in Agribusiness and Commerce at Lincoln University (New Zealand), holds First-Class Honours Masters in Management Studies (Agribusiness) and Graduate Diploma (Agribusiness) the University of Waikato, (New Zealand). He also holds a Master of Arts in Politics and International Relations (Regional Integration and Globalisation; Agricultural Policy) and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Botswana (UB). A certificate in Agriculture, Economics, and Nature, University of Western Australia and a certificate in Shakespeare: Print and Performance, the King’s College of London and Certificate in Human Resource Management, Botswana Open University. Kgolagano is currently a Private Secretary and Advisor to the Assistant Minister of Agricultural Development and Food Security. He is also a Research Consultant at KGM Consulting and a part-time lecturer of Small Business Management at UB. Kgolagano’s research interests are in the political economy of agrarian development (land and political institutions), agricultural policy, international agribusiness, food security, value chain analysis, natural resource management and labour movements.
