Raphaël Kouadio Oura holds a PhD in Rural Geography. He is a Research Fellow at the Center of Research for Development, Alassane Ouattara University of Bouake. He is interested in land issues in both rural and peri-urban areas, particularly the issue of land conflicts that shake the Ivorian rural environment and at the urban level, the link between urban sprawl and the difficulties of access to land in the peripheral countryside.
