Mamphaka Jeanett Mabesa is a Chief Housing Officer for the Department of Housing, Ministry of Local Government and Chieftainship, Lesotho. She is a PhD Candidate pursuing a doctoral degree with the University of Cape Town. Her research focus is on land administration and housing management and understanding the Political Economy of Land Governance is critical for both my academic research and housing practice.
