Musindo Casper Mandava is Principal Legal Officer in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade. The professional membership to the Zimbabwe Evaluation Association has afforded him a well-rounded skill set including first rate critical and analytical thinking skills. He has solid educational and professional foundation that includes ongoing studies at the penultimate semester level for the Master of Social Science degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Bachelor of Social Science Special Honours degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Executive Certificate in Programme and Project Monitoring and Evaluation, Professional Training on Human Rights and Local Governance within the context of the Sustainable Development Goals, Master of Laws degree in Constitutional and Human Right Law, Bachelor of Laws degree and Registration as a Legal Practitioner with the High Court of Zimbabwe.
