Sahbi Bedhief

Bedhief Sahbi is a Chief Forestry Engineer who has worked at the general directorate of forests since 2007. He graduated from the National Forestry School of Sale Morocco in 2003. He holds a master’s degree in Environmental Law from the Faculty of Legal, Social and Political Sciences of Tunis from 2020. He is currently a temporary teacher at the Faculty of Sciences of Tunis, teaching forest legislation since 2014. He is also currently preparing research work in environmental law, on the requirements of the REDD + approach and its impact on Tunisian forest legislation. On the other hand he holds the post of Deputy Director of Forestry Regulations. He also contributes to several reflection committees on aspects relating to land tenure issues, access to forest resources and renewable energy projects.
