Biography
Dr Upendo Matotola, is a highly qualified and accomplished professional with expertise in natural resources assessment and management, real estate, land management, and valuation. She holds a PhD in Natural Resources Assessment and Management from the Institute of Resource Assessment at the University of Dar es salaam in Tanzania.
Prior to earning her PhD studies, she obtained a Master of Science in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science in Land Management and Valuation, both from the University of Dar es salaam.
With her extensive academic background and experience, she is the Head, Department of Land Management and Valuation at Ardhi University and is also a fully registered valuer with VRB. She has a deep understanding of the valuation process and analytics together with property management, further enhancing their overall expertise in the field of real estate.
Throughout her career, she has been involved in numerous projects related to natural resources management, land management, and property valuation, contributing to the sustainable development of communities in Tanzania and beyond. Her impressive academic and professional achievements are a testament to her passion and commitment in the field, and it continues to drive innovation and excellence in their work.
