Biography
Zakaria Kwasi Baffoh is professionally a Valuation and Estates Surveyor who believes that “it is not the quantum of land or landed resources a state has but attaining the right governance of it is the foundation for national development”.
Baffoh is a holder of Bachelors degree in Estate Management, Bachelors degree in Management Studies and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Estate Management. As a technocrat, Baffoh has worked with the Office of the Administrator of Stool Lands (Land Sector Agency) in Ghana for the past 16 years and is now a regional head.
Besides, Baffoh is a Real Estate Consultant and as well an Architectural Draughtsman who has designed and supervised construction of many buildings across Ghana. Zak as he is popularly known has provided free consultancy, sensitization and advice on land administration issues to known individuals, companies and Traditional Authorities. He is a member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS).
